SERVICES
ProActive Virtual Bankruptcy Services.com (PAVBS) is an independent contractor. Our fees are flexible depending upon the complexity, or simplicity, of each case which is generally indicated by what the attorney fees charged to the debtor. Our fee scale insures profitability of your firm and our company.
We are by no means a typing service. Drafting bankruptcy petitions (especially under the new law) requires skills obtained from high-level training. In addition we are trained to extract missing information from the client in a manner that does not violate UPL (unauthorized practice of law) and protects the Attorney.
We take pride in our level of professionalism whether drafting petitions, interviewing clients or conversing with our attorneys.
BILLING
We require fees paid in advance for new firms utilizing our services for the first time. After we have draft up to 3 petitions for your firm and you are in good standing with our company, we will bill twice monthly, on the 1st and the 15th.

The Step-by-Step Process:
Below are general steps for handling your Petition drafting process. We can personalize our process to seamlessly integrate with the flow of your daily operations unless of course, your current process needs a bit tweaking in order to maximize your firms' profits.
Attorney Responsibilities:
- Attorneys are now required to have their own license copy of their preferred bankruptcy software before we begin drafting. We can use any bankruptcy software you have in your office as long as you provide us with the license. We can also recommend software based upon your budget. However, we have found that some bankruptcy software requires more time to draft petitions, which may affect our fees.
- Review, Sign and Return Service Agreement to PAVBS
- Give your Client a copy of the Client Intake Forms (CIF) together with the Client Checklist. The Client Checklist is a list of required documents necessary to complete the CIF, but not all are necessary for the 341-meeting. PAVBS provides this list to our attorney/clients as a courtesy to streamline the work flow. Each attorney can edit the list according to the requirements of their jurisdiction.
- Attorney will then review the CIF for completeness ensuring ALL information has been properly recorded and all pages returned, whether information was applicable or not. Attorney will then forward completed CIF and the minimum required documents to PAVBS to get started.
- PAVBS only requires the following minimum required documents to begin drafting:
- Completed Client Intake Forms (all pages returned)
- Credit Counseling Certificates for each Debtor
- Most recent pay stubs and/or other income advices for the past 6-months
- Past 2 years of filed Tax Returns
We highly recommend using our FREE Client Intake Forms and Client Checklist. Our Client Intake Forms are designed to flag any potential problems as well as assist in the production of a well-detailed petition as required by the Bankruptcy law change in 2005.
The Client Intake Forms can be personalized with your law firm's information at no additional charge.
