ProActive Virtual Bankruptcy Services is pleased to invite you to attend our hands-on 1-day workshop on "Drafting a Well-detailed Consumer Bankruptcy Petition" to be held on Thursday, May 17 and for your convenience again on Saturday, May 19 at NC State University McKimmon Computer Training Center, Raleigh, NC.

This day-long, hands-on workshop is designed for attorneys, paralegals and bankruptcy coordinators new to the bankruptcy field. You will get practical hands-on knowledge necessary to draft a well-detailed consumer bankruptcy petition that not only reduces the filing of additional Amendments, but also saves you, the trustee and court staff a great deal of time.

You will be guided through each form and schedule with the help of a hypothetical, real-life, set of Client Intake Forms and student manual specific to this workshop. The included student manual is written by the workshop instructor, has space for note taking, and serves as a valuable reference during and after the workshop.

In our training, we will be using BestCase© bankruptcy software to input our Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 petitions. However, this training is not software specific and PAVBS is not affiliate, in any way, with the makers of BestCase©. At the end of this training workshop you will have an understanding of what it takes to create a detailed petition no matter which bankruptcy software your firm uses.
